However, for iron clad, 100% secure communications, I recommend that you use "Protected" messages. You can use a single passkey for all ThreadThat "Protected" messages or you can create different passkeys for different recipients. Regardless of which way you do it, "Protected" messages are the most secure way to communicate. We make it easy to manage passkeys with our unique KeyBox technology. The use of email can be a concern because of the acceptance of email as evidence in court. This is because your email service provider keeps a record of all email traffic and emails contain headers that can be used to verify their authenticity. Threads, however, have no headers. Thread content does not pass through any mail servers, so they will have no record of its existence. Threads are stored encrypted on our secure servers. The only use of email by is to notify you and those you communicate with that a new Thread was addressed to them or that a Thread to which they are a party has been changed. In addition, since there is only one copy of a Thread that all parties access, deleting the Thread removes all access to it. You need not be concerned about copies of Threads persisting on your client's PC. Have you ever changed your mind after clicking the Send button for an email? Too late. Once you send an email, you might not get it back. This is not true with Threads. Since you control the only copy of a Thread, you can delete it, remove access to it or replace it anytime you wish.
